  Only a couple of good reviews here but majority are definitely negative, it only goes to show they have preferences to (be nice to) certain customers only (other local businesses). Experience at this place: Terrible!

  I have nooooo idea why these two are still employed. They are rude and create the most depressing/hostile environment to be in. Ive dreaded going to our post office for four years straight. How have they not been sacked?

  Disgraceful service. I went there this morning and asked if my Sailor Moon-themed fleshlight had arrived. You should have seen the snickers and judgmental looks they gave me. I will never return!

  Very unhelpful on the phone. Called to enquire about passport photos. After going through a few enquirers which went unanswered, was finally told very rudely that they're not taking photos anyway and I'd have to go somewhere else. Probably could have led with that. Won't bother even going into this store if that's the attitude you get.

  Such an unpleasant customer service particularly by the brunette staff. Unprofessional and unhelpful - so why work in customer service? Leaves bad impression on Australia Post!! Just did a simple transaction & collect a package, nothing complicating but encountered such attitude.
