    Excellent and new equipment. Friendly staff. Super cheap pricing. I'm very fussy about hygiene, so I love that this gym is always super clean.

    Worst things: VERY very hard to get hold of staff. When I tried to put m/ship on hold for a holiday and then to cancel it took weeks. They don't return your call / text at all. They charge $4 per fn for putting m/ship on hold! So you are not even using it but you are paying and then cant get hold of them to cancel. Its a room with equipment, not much support. They said it was the friendliest gym but no one ever spoke to me. I would say Hi and they wld say Hi, but that's all, so not very friendly to a new member.

    Good things: local for me. Sometimes they have free apples,which is nice. If you ask the instructor a q' when they are there, they will give you a bit of advice. You can go 24/7 but their service is very limited.
